June 2022 to Present

• Contributed to the SESAR Deployment Programme (SDP) providing clarifications of system requirements and the technical standards of Common Project (CP1) implementation topics, such as departure management (DMAN), the Airport Operations Plan (AOP), and Airport Safety Nets, published in the latest SDP and Supporting Material update 2024.
• Reviewed project status reports from implementers of CEF funded projects, offering guidance on report content, and verifying progress reports using earned value analysis. Agreed amendments to project reporting with stakeholders and clarified the report content and assignment of costs to tasks as requested by CINEA. 
• Supporting the monitoring of CP1 through the risk management process and LSSIP+ reporting. Clarified implementation status with stakeholders and suggesting mitigating actions. Provided training as needed.
• Supported the coordination of implementation projects with technical advice and resource planning through the use of written programme plans and the use of the MS Project tool, in particular supporting the iAOP and Extended AOP implementation programmes.
• Provided guidance and support as needed to local civil aviation regulatory bodies to clarify system requirements and functionality needed to deliver CP1.
• Supported implementing stakeholders with preparation and review of project proposals to ensure that they met the requirements of the CEF funding in the 2022 and 2023 calls, together with their relevance and alignment to the requirements of CP1 and the SDP. The proposals were awarded CEF-funding for multi-stakeholder projects to deliver Extended AOP, including data-sharing with the Network Manager (NM), in the Clean ATM projects.
